Sheriff's Office Neighborhood Watch Background Check Form

To become a Neighborhood Watch member the only requirement is to pass a background check.  There are no dues though donations are welcome.  Please use the "contact us" button to reach the President directly to obtain more membership information.

The Sheriff's Office has to approve each member of the Regency Park Neighborhood Watch.  They do this by performing a background check.  Each new member needs to submit a background check to the Sheriff's Office at the address listed on the background check form.  Do NOT give your background check to your Block Captain or to any other RPNW member.

No person in the RPNW sees your background check.  The Sheriff's Office will notify us when they have approved you for membership.  The process takes two to seven weeks.

You will be notified by us if you have been approved or not by the Sheriff's Office for membership.
